OTR Company Positions

  • Company Flatbed Drivers: Earn $0.65 per mile, all miles paid.

  • Lease Purchase Drivers: Make 75% of the line haul, with all payables included. Eligible trucks are warrantied up to 500,000 miles, with affordable weekly payments.

  • Owner Operators: Make 75% of the line haul + all payables.

Modern Equipment

  • Drive our fleet of ‘22-’25 Western Stars and Freightliners, ensuring you have access to reliable and well-maintained trucks.

  • All trucks operate 72 by cruise, 69 by pedal.

  • Inverters, EPUs, refrigerators, and most trucks come with a TV mount.

  • Event-triggered internal camera policy. Does not record in park.

Freight Lanes

We operate primarily along the I-80 and I-35 corridors, as well as everything to the east and southeast, providing a diverse range of driving opportunities.

Home Time

Enjoy home time typically every two weeks, allowing you to spend quality time with family and recharge.

Safety Bonuses

  • Level 1: Refer 1-2 drivers = Earn $500 per driver

  • Level 2: Refer 3-6 drivers = Earn $750 per driver

  • Level 3: Refer 7-9 drivers = Earn $1,000 per driver

  • Level 4: Refer 10+ drivers = Earn $1,500 per driver (max.)

Orientation Process

Orientations run every Monday and Wednesday and typically last 2-3 days.

  • Day 1: Meet the HR team, Director of Operations, Billing, Sales, and your dispatcher, who all will guide you through key processes and expectations. Finish the day with Safety and Maintenance briefings.

  • Day 2: Focused entirely on safety, including securement standards, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and a driving test.
